The services of Revisim are exclusively reserved to the professionals i.e. to any titular person of a company registration number. Information which you will communicate will be checked by our team and your account activated in less than 24 hours. Is there a minimum of purchase ?

The minimum of purchase on www.revisim.com is of 150€ HT

Can I cancel or modify an order ?

As soon as the order is validated online by your care, a number of order is allotted.

The recording of the order is then final. The order is thus regarded as firm, and can be neither modified nor cancelled.

Once the order is validated you receive by e-mail a confirmation of order.

Do I have a right to retractation ?

No, not within the framework of a B2B transaction. The L.121-16-1 article of the code of consumption specifies that when the object of the aforesaid contract concluded enters the field of your activity, the right of retractation cannot apply.

In how long will I be delivered ?

Articles in stock Any order placed before 12 noon is treated in the course of the day and handing-over with carrier Chronopost the next day. Delivery within 24/48h (Except bank holidays and weekend) for France and 3 to 4 days for other countries.

Articles nonavailableYou will be delivered within a period of 8 to 10 days (excluding forwarding time), we will contact you within a period of 24 hours after reception of your order in order to give you a delivery date.

Can I return defective articles ?

The parcel is damaged : At the time of delivery of the order, you are held to check the state of the parcel. In the event of anomaly relating to the parcel (parcel damaged, opened, etc) you must refuse the delivery by emitting a report of anomaly immediately. Contact us in order to solve the problem quickly.

In the event of anomaly relating to the ordered articles (missing articles, damaged, defect of conformity…) contact us by e-mail or telephone within a period of two working days as from the reception of the order.

Can I have your pictures to illustrate my website ?

Yes as a customer having bought our products you have the authorization to use the pictures of these products. We can provide them to you by e-mail or place them at your disposal on sever. We are not able to provide you the pictures without LOGO, but the customers of Revisim have the right to remove it if they wish it.
